Trail Mix

The only way to stop yourself reaching for the digestives is to have some healthy and accessible alternatives in the house. This trail mix is a great one as its quick and easy to prepare and contains lots of goodness! Guilt free snacking at its best.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1 cup of sunflower and pumpkin seeds mixed

  • 1/2 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

 

Directions

  1. Toast the nuts for 10 mins at 170 degrees Celsius shaking half way through.

  2. Add to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix.

  3. Put in airtight Kilner jar.

  4. Grab a handful for a delicious but healthy snack!
