Chia pudding

Ingredients

50g Chia Seeds
180ml Coconut Milk
½ tsp
Vanilla

 

Directions

  1. Put the chia seeds, coconut milk (or milk of your choice), vanilla into a bowl and stir.

  2. Refrigerate overnight or leave for at least 20 minutes until thickened.

  3. Top with blueberries, granola, nuts and / or pumpkin seeds (as preferred). Enjoy!


Notes

  • Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.
